Taylor is dog-mom to a gorgeous German Shepherd named Elke Louise who’s beyond spoiled. Her family is the most important part of her life and Elke is a cherished member. Hockey is a great passion of Taylor’s, and she is an avid fan (Go Lightning!) who can name the team of most players in the NHL off the top of her head. The other great love of her life is horses, and she raises Arabians and American Quarter Horses. There are a few rescues with a forever home on her farm too.
She started her college career at the University of South Florida with a major in Biomedical Sciences and the intent to go on to be a surgeon. Taylor was also the President of the USF chapter of Mortar Board National Honor Society which focused on increasing literacy rates and fostering a love of reading among inner-city children.
While taking a semester of various classes to be sure that the medical field was the right path for her, she ended up in a Financial Accounting class and never looked back. She graduated with a degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg, and came to work for CPS Group CPAs, PA in 2018.
When Taylor is not repairing fences, or celebrating a win and cuddling Elke, she is pursuing her CPA with plans to attain her CMA soon afterward. She performs internal accounting duties for CPS, provides accounting services to clients and prepares business, personal and fiduciary tax returns. She greatly enjoys engaging with clients and helping them to comfortably achieve their goals.
