Erica M. Lupercio

BRAND Director
PARTNER

As Brand Director and Partner at CPS Investment Advisors, Erica is dedicated to enhancing the client experience. Drawing on more than 17 years of previous hospitality management experience and a Bachelor’s in business administration, she thrives in dynamic environments and oversees a wide range of operational areas, including strategic planning, marketing, and community outreach. She also spearheads event planning for all internal and external CPS events, including the Annual CPAlliance® Executive Roundtable, Mid-Year Economic Update, philanthropic fundraisers, and all client events.

Combining CPS’s values for service and philanthropy with her love and appreciation for her hometown community, Erica helped the CPS team launch CPS Cares—a 501(c)3 initiative aimed at uplifting those in need through collaboration with nonprofits. She has a passion for public education and serves as the PTO president at Philip O’Brien Elementary School, where she leads an annual school supply and uniform drive. Additionally, Erica serves on the board of the United Way of Central Florida (UWCF) as the Resource Development Chair, is the current Chair of the UWCF’s Women United, is the immediate past Chair of the UWCF’s Young Leaders Society, is a member of the Junior League of Greater Lakeland, and is a past Chair of EMERGE Lakeland. She also led the CPS team in setting fundraising records for Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine and successfully orchestrated a campaign as the UWCF’s Tribute Book Chair, raising over $100,000 for the Success by 6 program.

A native Lakelander, Erica is an alumnus of Harrison School of the Arts where she cultivated her love for music and musical theatre. This passion finds a new audience in her three children as she introduces them to the wonders of Broadway with favorites like Frozen and Wicked. Together with her husband Raul, their family embraces all Florida has to offer, such as kayaking, fishing, and hiking, when they’re not renovating their 1920s bungalow. As a testament to her adventurous spirit and love of food, Erica has even conquered the 5lb steak challenge at Texas Cattle Company.
