Nathan was born in Barrington, Illinois, and spent many of his formative years in Rome, Wisconsin, before relocating to Florida in 2019.
Growing up between the Midwest and the Sunshine State instilled in him a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the outdoors.
A lifelong competitive water skier, Nathan began competing in Wisconsin and has continued the sport at a high level since relocating to Florida, training and competing with the Cypress Gardens Water Ski Team in Winter Haven. He holds a waterski world record and remains deeply committed to the discipline and performance standards the sport demands. Outside of skiing, he enjoys boating and spending time on Florida’s coastal waters, whether that’s pursuing tarpon off the beaches or exploring the marshes for redfish. He values the time outdoors and the opportunity it provides to connect with friends and family.
Nathan earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida Southern College in 2025, where he developed a strong interest in financial analysis, portfolio construction, and capital markets.
In his role at CPS Investment Advisors, he contributes to portfolio operations and supports the firm’s disciplined, process-driven
investment approach. His analytical mindset and attention to detail enable him to play a meaningful role in delivering thoughtful, data-driven investment solutions.
Committed to continuous professional growth, Nathan is currently a CFA Level I candidate and intends to complete the CFA charter designation. Long term, he plans to pursue an MBA or a Master’s in Security Analysis to further deepen his expertise in portfolio management and investment strategy. He is driven by a desire to master the analytical discipline behind successful investing and to contribute to long-term, client- focused financial outcomes.
