Samily joined CPS in 2022, bringing more than 15 years of experience in administration, property management, and financial oversight. Transitioning from a successful career in the medical and legal fields, she now serves as the Controller for all CPS entities. In this role, Samily has embraced the challenge of managing financial operations across multiple entities and driving efficiencies in a fast-paced environment. Her diverse background enables her to offer a unique perspective on financial management, where she excels at streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance, along with post-graduate studies in Marketing and Communication, Samily combines solid financial expertise with a creative approach to problem-solving and strategic planning. Known for a strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning, Samily is dedicated to developing new skills, contributing to a collaborative team, and driving organizational success.
Outside of work, Samily is a proud single mom to two wonderful children, Camila and Carlos Jesus. Balancing career and family have taught Samily valuable lessons in time management, resilience, and determination—traits that influence her approach to leadership and teamwork.
In her personal life, Samily enjoys traveling, cooking for her kids, family, and friends, and finding balance between attending her children’s soccer and lacrosse games. These experiences keep her grounded and fuel her passion for creating meaningful connections, both personally and professionally.
